Hyundai launches CRETA Electric in India

Hyundai has officially launch the the Creta Electric in India. The Creta Electric is a compact SUV that follows the design language of its bigger counterpart the Palisade, it’s interior is inspired by the all-new Tucson.

Here are some of the key features of the new Hyundai Creta Electric;

  • Unique Pixelated front & rear design with pixelated graphic front grille, front & rear bumper and pixelated LED reverse lamp
  • Electrified design with active air flaps (AAF) and connected LED lamps in front & rear
  • R17 (D=436.6mm) Aero Alloy Wheels with Low Rolling Resistance (LRR) tires
  • Two battery pack options: 51.4 kWh (Long Range) with a driving range of 473 km and 42 kWh offering a driving range of 390 km.
  • 0-to-100 km/h acceleration in just 7.9 secondsiii in (Long Range)
  • Charging – from 10% to 80% in just 58 minutes (DC charging), using the Hyundai’ 11kW Smart Connected Wall Box charger (AC Home Charging) can charge from 10%-100% in just 4 hours.
  • Vehicle to Load (V2L) – a technology that enables users to power external devices both inside and outside the vehicle, basically turning the vehicle into a portable power source.
  • Drive Modes: Eco, Normal, and Sport.

Hyundai CRETA Electric will be available in 4 variants – Executive, Smart, Premium and Excellence with 8 monotone and 2 dual-tone color options including 3 Matte Colors. Hyundai is scheduled to officially launch the Creta Electric this 17th of January at the Bharat Mobility Show in India.
