Honda unveil 0 Saloon and Honda 0 SUV Prototypes at CES 2025 in Las Vegas

Honda has officially unveil two “0 Series” line of electric vehicles at the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) – the Honda 0 SUV and Honda 0 Saloon prototypes. The Japanese-based car maker said that both prototypes will initially be available in North America in 2026 then followed by a global release. Honda also announced its original vehicle operating system (OS), the ASIMO OS, which will be in Honda 0 Series models.

Honda have not reveal much about the two two “0 Series” EV but here’s what ArenaEV published about the upcoming Evs;

The 0-series EVs are expected to offer rear-wheel and all-wheel drive options. Honda’s latest electric motors, with outputs ranging from 67 to 241 horsepower, are likely to power these vehicles. A thin lithium-ion battery pack is projected to provide an EPA-rated range of around 483 km.

The EVs will feature a steer-by-wire system, eliminating the mechanical connection between the steering wheel and the front wheels for improved responsiveness and efficiency. Level 3 autonomous driving capabilities, enabled by Helm.ai’s software and Honda’s AI, will allow drivers to take their eyes off the road in certain conditions.

The 0-series will debut Honda’s next-generation vehicle operating system, ASIMO OS. This in-house developed system integrates driver-assistance systems, infotainment, and over-the-air updates, promising a seamless and connected driving experience. A high-performance system-on-chip (SoC), developed in partnership with Renesas, will power ASIMO OS and the Level 3 autonomous driving system.

Since 2026 may not be far off, we might still hear from Honda regarding the official specs, availability, and pricing of the 0 Saloon and Honda 0 SUV.
